My first contact with the camera was, when I was five years old.  I had peered into the viewfinder shaft grandfather Flexaret with admiration and passion and I was even more pleased when I can assist him in creating the film, or when I let 'iron' photos. At that time I also got my first real camera from my father. It was Altissar for roll film 6x6 cm. It was the same machine on which he had tried his first photographic skills,

Even during adolescence, I had to photo techniques relatively close. I apprenticed in the field of "optical drives" for the company DRUOPTA.

I had the unique opportunity to learn how to repair cameras, lenses, binoculars and other optical mechanisms in school, in the workshop. It was very interesting to examine how it works accounts, trigger mechanism or the lens aperture all the Zenit, Sokol, Směna, Praktika, Ljubitel and Penatcon.

I actively started photographing in 2003 with the advent of the first available digital cameras. For not long after that I fell under the spell of a digital SLR. I switched to DSLR from two megapixel compact camera, after one year.

If I had a few words to express why I have a photo and what I enjoy her so fascinating, I'd let you borrow the phrase from one of our greatest photographers of Mr. František Drtikol.

"... Every photo captures a sticking point, the other side the moment when a movement ends and another begins. Blink which is the culmination of a motion passed which is charged bang nascent movement .... "
